  • 2. What is the cost of PCR tests?

    Answer: $10,500.00 JMD IF DONE AT OUR LABORATORY. OUR LOCATIONS ARE BELOW.

  • 3. Where are your offices located?

    Answer: We have three locations where PCR tests can be administered.

    Testing is done on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (Mandeville, Montego Bay), and Friday. SARS-CoV-2 Sample Collections are from 8am-10am local time, except Mandeville - 10am - 12pm.

  • 4. What type of testing do you offer?

    Answer:

    • PCR on Nasopharyngeal swabs for the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Sample Collections are from 8am local time, except Mandeville - 10am - 12pm.
    • Anitgen Testing on Nasopharyngeal swabs for the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
      • 8am, Kingston (Mon., Wed. - Fri.)
      • 10am - 12pm, Mandeville (Mon. - Fri.)
      • 8am - 10am, Montego Bay (Mon. - Fri.)
  • 5. When do I pay for my test?

    Answer: Due to added restrictions and safety concerns, payments are to be done 24 hours before your appointment. We accept cash and all major credit cards. No cheques or money orders accepted. You may also follow Payment Instructions for doing online transfers.

  • 6. What days do you do the PCR testing?

    Answer: Testing is done on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (MONTEGO BAY & MANDEVILLE), and Friday ONLY. SARS-CoV-2 Sample Collections are from 8am local time, except Mandeville - 10am - 12pm.

  • 7. I need to change my appointment. What do I do?

    Answer: To request a change to your appointment, please send an email to Change Appointment

    You must include your Confirmation ID in the Subject. Emails that do not include the Confirmation ID in the Subject will not be proccessed.

  • 8. I need to cancel my appointment. What do I do?

    Answer: To request a cancellation of your appointment, please send an email to Cancel Appointment

    You must include your Confirmation ID in the Subject. Emails that do not include the Confirmation ID in the Subject will not be proccessed.

  • 9. How long does it take to get my test results?

    Answer: It takes 48 hours to receive your test results for PCR. Once the results are ready, you will be notified via email. For Antigen Tests, results are ready within a few hours after sample collection.

  • 10. How long before I return home should I book my test.

    Answer: We recommend all travelers determine the entry requirements for their home country before booking a test - taking into account the reporting timeframe.

  • 11. Do you offer rapid tests?

    Answer: Yes we do.Kingston (8am Mon., Wed. - Fri.), Mandeville (10am -12pm, Mon - Fri), in Montego Bay (8am -10am, Mon - Fri).

  • 12. What happens if I test positive?

    Answer: You will be contacted by the Ministry of Health regarding the steps to be taken with regards to your isolation and treatment.

  • 13. Do I have to provide a passport number when registering to take a test?

    Answer: For general testing, a passport is not required but you need to have a valid ID.

  • 14. Do USA residents need to do the PCR test?

    Answer: No. Unlike Canada, the US does not require a PCR test solely. An antigen test is sufficient.

  • 15. Do I need to provide ID on the day of testing?

    Answer: Yes. Please a valid form of identification.

  • 16. I received my appointment confirmation. What is next?

    Answer: Follow the instructions in your Confirmation Email. Our collection hours are 8am local time, except Mandeville - 10am - 12pm.

  • 17. Do you accept health insurance cards from other countries?

    Answer: No we do not accept health insurance from other countries.

  • 18. What type of tests do U.S. residents need and what is the cost of that test?

    Answer: Antigen tests are accepted. Please see CDC International Travel FAQ for more information.

  • 20. How many locations do the Antigen tests and where are they located?

    Answer: Our locations for antigen testing are:

  • 21. How long does it take to get the results of Antigen tests?

    Answer: Please see #9.

  • 22. How old do you need to be to require a negative SARS-CoV-2 test?

    Answer: Each jurisdiction has different requirements for travellers. Please consult your local health authorities for more information on age reqruirements.
